Through EXPLORE we created one virtual office in the Benelux. At the same time, we implemented a Disaster Recovery Plan so that we can guarantee our clientele continuity of activities.
On top of our present assistance and support via our various local offices, Portmade upgraded its services with a helpdesk function within the Benelux after office hours as from 6.00 and untill 22.00 hrs, which enables our customers to anticipate on ad-hoc situations.
