As we all know, within the European Community there is a commission acting as guardian, responsible for the correct application of the Community legislation on food safety, animal health, plant health and animal welfare. As a Commission service, the Food and Veterinary Office plays an important role in fulfilling there tasks. Portmade plays a major role and offers within the scope of their services, inspection and administration on these cargo flows.

We have successfully fulfilled the pilot project for Veterinary and Phyto-sanitary Declarations in the port of Rotterdam and act as commission member of Alfaport Antwerp as well as on European level as member of ECSA. We handle local, national and international consultancy for federations and private companies.
